Currently, section 701.12, 12 CFR
section 701.12, sets forth the supervisory committee's
responsibility in meeting the audit and verification requirements
of section 115 of the Federal Credit Union Act, 12 U.S.C. section
17611d. A supervisory committee audit is required at least once
every calendar year covering the period since the last audit. Also,
a biannual verification of members' accounts is required.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR
1320.8(b)(3).
