Small business participants in FCC
auctions are required to submit ownership information, gross
revenues calculations, and the terms of joint bidding agreements
(if any). Licensees who transfer licenses within 3 years are
required to maintain a file containing certain specified
information pertaining to the transfer. License winners are also
required to maintain certain information to ensure compliance with
Commission rules.
