This information
collection is approved through 11-2000 under the following
conditions: HRSA will 1) immediately submit past data reports as
promised by the agency; 2)provide future data reports as often as
they are compiled by HRSA; 3)continue to analyze methods for
determining how quickly the program is able to get individuals who
test positive into treatment clinics and report by 11/98 on
progress in this area; and 4) initiate plans to conduct a
longitudinal study that will measure the impact of case management
on the effectiveness of adherence to HIV treatments and therapies
in Title III programs and report back to OMB within six months on
the progress.

Providers funded under section 2651 of
the PHS Act (title III of the Ryan White CARE Act) are required to
