Terms of Clearance: This emergency information collection is approved through 3/98 under the following conditions: 1)INS will immediately add a reference in the instructions to note that the Law also requires the individual to report address changes to the State. 2)Upon resubmission, INS will update the supporting statement as necessry; and 2) provide an analysis of the comments received on the information collection requirements in the Affadavit of Support rule as they apply to this form.
