This emergency
information collection is approved through 3/98 under the following
conditions: 1)INS will immediately add a reference in the
instructions to note that the Law also requires the individual to
report address changes to the State. 2)Upon resubmission, INS will
update the supporting statement as necessry; and 2) provide an
analysis of the comments received on the information collection
requirements in the Affadavit of Support rule as they apply to this
form.

The form will be used by every sponsor
who has filed an affidavit of support under section 213A of the INA
to notify the Service of a change of address; the data will be used
to locate a sponsor if there is a request for
reimbursement.
