Terms of Clearance: In accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 and 5 CFR 1320, this collection is approved with the following terms of clearance: the agency will report annually to OMB the results of these surveys, including a form-by-form listing of aggregate results and summary data for the overall satisfaction questions. This report should also include any reports to program management based on the results of these surveys. The agency is cautioned that overall satisfaction results from these surveys cannot be directly compared to the results from similar questions on the semi-annual survey and therefore should not report these results in tracking GPRA performance measures.
