Abstract: Participating PHAs will submit budget information, drawdown funds electronically using LOCCS/VRS, and report on the expenditure of Federal funds, work activities, goals, and progress in implementing the program. HUD will use the information to monitor the program and to ensure that grant funds are spent efficiently.
