The FCC has
permission to use the electronic filing system on a voluntary
basis. The FCC is reminded that the system must display all of the
information required by the PRA, including the OMB Control Number
and the PRA Burden statement. OMB requests that the FCC submit an
update of the percent electronic filed once the new system is fully
operational. The FCC must submit a revision to this collection if
the electronic filing system becomes mandatory. Finally, the FCC
should ensure that clear instructions regarding use of the
electronic filing system are promulgated effectively.
