This information collection is approved through 7-2000 under the following condition: Upon resubmission, SSA will analyze the results from the anticipated match between the HCFA MSIS data base and the SSI database to determine whether SSA could rely on this match instead of the paper reports sent by the nursing homes. If SSA finds that the match is sufficient, SSA and HCFA shall eliminate the reporting requirement.
