Abstract: 14 CFR part 17 sets forth the procedures for filing solicitation protests and contract claims in the FAA's Office of Dispute Resolution for Acquisition. 14 CFR part 14, the FAA EAJA regulations, also is amended to take into account the adjudicatory procedures under 14 CFR part 17.
