Abstract: The information is needed to identify entities who seek governmental recognition as a Recognized Private Operating Agency (RPOA). The information will be used to ensure that RPOAs obey the laws and treaties of the United States. Applicants will be for-profit corporations, partnerships, and limited liability companies. RPOA status is voluntary. Only those who believe that governmental recognition will assist them will apply for RPOA status.
