This customer survey will be sent to
approximately 1,300 individuals in the private sector, the
professional planning community, and civic organizations who
regularly follow the work of the National Capital Planning
Commission (NCPC). The survey is designed to elicit comments on
NCPC's effectiveness in informing the public on matters before the
Commission and involving the public in the planning of the Nation's
Capital. The survey will be included in the next issue of the NCPC
Quarterly Report, scheduled to be mailed in the first week of
October 1998.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR
1320.8(b)(3).
