The approval for
the information collection is extended for one year. If the agency
wishes to extend the approval after one year, they must submit a
full explanation of the specific GPRA measures that will be derived
from the data. They should also provide a summary of their analysis
of the feasibility of secondary market sales of the promissory
notes held by the intermediaries. The agency must demonstrate the
practical utility of the information collection beyond testing
theories.

This collection of information will
create a data base on ultimate recipient loans by intermediary
organizations through agency programs. The information will be
collected from intermediaries. It will improve measurement of
program impacts in accordance with the National Performance and
Results Act and provide information necessary for an analysis of
the potential for secondary market sales of the loans held by the
intermediaries.
