Terms of Clearance: In accordance with 5 CFR 1320, the information collection is approved for a period of two years. Upon resubmission, the agency must submit a revised form which is consistent with the Standards for Federal Data on Race and Ethnicity. The agency should explain when questions related to the Leaseback/ Buyback or Homestead Protection programs will be eliminated from the information collection. They should also explain whether the tracking information collected is required by statute or for other programmatic purposes.
