In accordance
with 5 CFR 1320, the information collection is approved for a
period of two years. Upon resubmission, the agency must submit a
revised form which is consistent with the Standards for Federal
Data on Race and Ethnicity. The agency should explain when
questions related to the Leaseback/ Buyback or Homestead Protection
programs will be eliminated from the information collection. They
should also explain whether the tracking information collected is
required by statute or for other programmatic purposes.

This regulation promulgates the
policies and procedures and guidance on the management of property
in inventory and property which is abandoned by the borrower,
including maintenance and repair policies.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
