Deregistration of Certain
Investment Companies -- Rule 8f-1 (17 CFR 270.8f-1) under the
Investment Company Act of 1940 and Form N-8F (17 CFR 274.218) under
the Investment Company Act of 1940
Form N-8F is used by registered
investment companies in certain circumstances to request an order
from the Commission declaring that the company has ceased to be an
investment company under the Investment Company Act of
1940.
