Borrowers who wish to request disaster
set-aside are required to document that their income will be
reduced to an amount that will not allow them to meet living and
operating expenses and to pay amounts due FSA and other creditors.
7 CFR 1951 provides authority and procedures for FLP borrowers in
disaster areas to skip a loan installment and move it to the end of
the loan.
