Since the respondents are not being selected randomly from U.S. business or from U.S. exporters the results of this survey cannot be generalized to the population of U.S. businesses or exporters. Thus, the agency may not report the results of this survey as anything but anecdotal and cannot report these results as representative of any population but the respondents themselves. With regards to the design of the survey instrument, the PRA disclosures and other introductory material may be placed after the screening questions, if appropriate.
