This ICR is approved. Note that the existing burden associated with the lead and copper portion of the National Primary Drinking Water Regulations has been recalculated and transferred to this ICR from ICR 2040-0090. This transfer and recalculation must be recorded, tracked, and reported in all venues as an ADJUSTMENT to the existing burden. The specific changes in the burden associated with the lead and copper provisions that are contained in the Lead and Copper Minor Revisions Rule should be recorded, tracked, and reported as a PROGRAM CHANGE.
