collection covers only the existing collection. FDA shall assess
comments received regarding this collection in the final rule. We
are taking this action because the agency requested public comment
on this collection when the implementing regulations were proposed.
However, FDA has previously extended this collection numerous times
without seeking public comment. Approval is granted for only one
year. To extend this collection prior to its expiration, FDA will
have to submit a request to OMB formally. An additional emergency
extension will not be granted.
