The purpose of the State
Administrative Standards is to assess administative systems of the
State commissions' operation using a set of standards which were
jointly developed by the Corporation and the commission. This
assessment will determine a commission's future need for assistance
and the future level of program funding.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR
1320.8(b)(3).
