Terms of Clearance: In accordance with 5 CFR 1320 the information collection is approved for three years. The approval extends only to the information on the Minority Farm Register form. Collection of any additional farmland information or the same information by methods not described in this submission is not approved. Accordingly, the Minority Farm Register Fact sheet must be revised to reflect the approved information collection. This revision must be submitted to and approved by OMB prior to its use. The burden hours have been revised to reflect the annual approved burden as identified on the Minority Farm Register form.
