All AM, FM, TV, LPTV and international
stations must file the Equal Employment Opportunity Program Report
(FCC 396) at the time or renewal of station license. The Report is
used by FCC staff and interested parties to assure that broadcast
licensees widely disseminate information about job openings so that
all qualified persons are able to compete for jobs in the broadcast
industry.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies

1320.8(b)(3).
