This request is approved as described below as a reinstatement with change under 3206-0224. In making its request to OMB for approval the agency erroneously requested its reinstatment under an unrelated OMB control number: 3206-0198. This request is approved for a limited period of one year because of the need for OPM and OMB to reassess the content and format of this information collection due to evolving technology. Approval of this request is subject to the following: 1. OPM will link this survey to an earlier screen in USA JOBS and make the link more noticable. In doing this, OPM should consider a "pop-up" window to increase responses. 2. OPM should consider and may implement a link to OPM's web master on the screen immediately after to survey is submitted. This link should explain that additional comments can be sent to the web master. 3. In response to the question, "What did you expect to accomplish?", the choice "to request job information materials" should be replaced with "to apply for a specific job vacancy." Also, the user should be able to respond to all choices that apply to this question. 4.The fourth question should be modified to read: "How many times in total have you visited the USA JOBS web site, including this time?" 5. OPM should degelop and add questions to the survey that should as about: -Where else the suer has searched for vacancy announcements -How USA JOBS compares with other sources for identifying Federal job vacancies. -Whether the user would use UDSA JOBS again.
