Terms of Clearance: OMB suggests to the agency that one of the purposes of the PRA is to require that the agency reexamine each information collection every three years to determine that the information collection is needed and explore ways of reducing burden on the public. Abstract: The attached application is to be used by U.S. founders or sponsors in applying for grant assistance from ASHA on behalf of their institutions overseas. ASHA conducts a competitive grant program. Decisons are based on annual comparative reivew of all applications requesting assistance in that fiscal year, pursuant to Section 214 of the Foreign Assistance Act, as amended.
