Abstract: The FAA Office of the Assoc. Admin. for Commercial Space Transportation proposes to conduct a survey to obtain industry input on customer service standards which have been developed and distributed to industry customers. This is a requirement of the White House NPR Customer Service Initiative. AST will collect and analyze the data for results.
