Abstract: Respondents are owners or operators of CISWI units. All respon- dents would read the rule and are required to prepare a control plan and waste managment plan. The control plan and waste management plan must be submitted and kept on-site. The infor- mation will be used to ensure that the emission guidelines for commercial and industrial solid waste incineration units are being achieved on a continuous basis.
