In accordance
with 5 CFR 1320, the information collection is approved for two
years. However, the agency must submit to OMB a full schedule for
implementing GPEA requirements. The agency must also demonstrate
that it has evaluated each portion of the information collection to
determine if an electronic option is viable. Specifically, the
agency should examine CCC-1245 and CCC-1201 to determine whether
portions of the information required on the form can be effectively
and efficiently transmitted through an electronic option. The
agency must submit all instructions for the approved forms. These
forms may not be placed on a website unless the instructions for
the forms are submitted to OMB.
