Abstract: Accordings to Section 701 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2000, a confidential survey will be conducted at two points in time: before and after the implementation of the new Department of Defense Uniform Formulary Program. The survey will be completed by prescribers working with the direct care system (in military treatment facilities) and the purchased care system (through TRICARE contracts).
