The establishment registration and listing regulations provide a foundation for a regulatory program that would be an important tool in preventing the transmission of communicable diseases through the use of the human cells, tissue, and cellular and tissue-based products (HCT/Ps). It will help FDA to monitor the industry, to disseminate educational materials and other important information regarding FDA guidances, policies, or requirements, and identify entities that may be subject to FDA oversight. Respondents to this information collection are establishments that recover, process, store, label, package,.....
