Abstract: The DoD Commissary Agency has developed this survey as a management tool to evaluate customer satisfaction in each commissary worldwide. The DeCA Form 60-28 survey instrument is used by patrons to evaluate their perceptions of the commissary benefit. The results are used to implement operational and cost effective procedures that will serve our patron's needs.
