Section 76.1713, formerly section 76.607 of the Commission's rules, requires cable system operators to advise subscribers at least one each calendar year of the procedures for resolution of complaints about the quality of television signals delivered. Section 76.1713 also requires that records be maintained by cable system operators on all such subscriber complaints and resolution of complaints for at least a one-year period.
