Abstract: Information (including the Indian Tribal Land Acquisition Program Loan Application Form, FSA 770-01) is submitted by Native American tribes (including Tribal Corporations) and the Bureau of Indian Affairs to the local FSA County Office servicing the reservation where the land to be purchased is located. The information is used by agency officials to consider a tribe's request for an ITLAP loan or for loan servicing for an ITLAP loan.
