The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) imposed minimum monitoring requirements on bleached papergrade kraft and soda (Subpart B) and papergrade sulfite (Subpart E) mills under 40 CFR Part 430 as part of the effluent limitations guidelines and standards promulgated on April 15, 1998.
