The purpose of this suervey is to
collect data to support the FEMA Fedeal Insurance and Migigation
Directorate and the Office of the Inspector General in conducting a
national reivew of local mitigation planning. The goal of the
survey is to determine the extent to which communities are
formulating, adopting, adhering to local mitigation plans and to
review the overall quality of the plans.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR
1320.8(b)(3).
