In accordance
with 5 CFR 1320, the information collection is approved for a
period of three years. However, the agency should examine whether
there is a need to require the submission of information to USDA
after it has been furnished to the Department of Labor (SF-100).
Future submissions must include a full explanation of how this
information is used in this program. If the agency determines that
continued collection is necessary, they should also investigate
methods for obtaining the required information from the Department
of Labor, rather than requiring duplicate submission. The agency
should also investigate this possibility with the Department of
Energy for form EIA 861.
