The Government
Paperwork Elimination Act directs agencies to allow electronic
filing and recordkeeping by October 2003 when practicable. OMB's
approval of this collection is extended until October 2003 to allow
the agency to consider GPEA implementation requirements and
demonstrate that an electronic alternative has been evaluated.
