Per the final
rule of 2/7/02, Coast Guard will no longer require submission of
the CG-5432. Instead, it will be kept on board the vessel for USCG
and MMS inspection purposes.

Inspections of fixed OCS facilities is
required by 43 USC 1333(d) and 43 USC 1348(c). The Coast Guard
promulgated regulations that require self inspection of OCS
facilities to meet the statutory inspection requirements.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
