HUD staff or HUD's agents (Contract
Administrators) collect information during on-site reviews by
interviewing owners and/or management agents of insured and
HUD-held projects. The informaiton collected is used to evaluate
the quality of management, determine causes of problems, device
corrective actions in order to safeguard the Department's financial
interest and ensure and tenants are provided with decent, safe, and
sanitary housing.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
