A survey will be conducted to
determine the perceptions of transportation agencies about the
services received from their counterparts in the
environmental/resource agency sector. The results of the survey
will be used to benchmark performance of agencies and to focus on
areas where improvements may be needed. In addition, the
information will be used to advance the process within the
environmental streamlining guidelines. See attached Justification
for Emergency Approval.
