The NRC Form 536 serves as a vehicle
for NRC to request that all commercial power reactor licensees and
applicants for an operating license voluntarily send to the NRC:
(1) their projected number of candidtes for operator licensing
initial examinations; (2) the estimated datas of the examinations;
(3) an indication of whether the examination will be facility de-
veloped; and (4) the estimated number of individuals who will use
the Generic Fundamentals Examination (GFE) for that calendar year.
This information will be used to plan budgets and re- sources for
the administration of operator examinations.

the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR
1320.8(b)(3).
