Abstract: The required forms provide SBA with the information necessary to make informed and proper decisions regarding the approval/denial of participation in the NMVC program, the approval/denial of Federal funds for investing and Operational Assistance, and on- going oversight of the usage of approved Federal funding. SBA uses this information within the scope of the Small Business Act to assess NMVC program applicants and participants and SSBICs receiving grants under the NMVC program.
