period of 1 year to allow the agency to ensure compliance with the
grant streamlining requirements under P.L. 106-107 and E-Grants
initiative. Upon resubmission, the agency should use a generic form
and application, or explain to OMB why use of that process is not
feasible for this individual collection. The agency is also
reminded that the costs in item 14 of the 83-I form should not
include the hours recorded in item 13 multiplied by an hourly wage

Director of OVC to collect performance data from recipients of VOCA
victim assistance grant funds. The affected public include up to 57
states an territories administering the crime victim assistance
provisions of the Victims of Crime Act.
