Terms of Clearance: This collection is subject to the Government Paperwork Elimination Act, which requires that agencies provide an electronic option for the public to use to provide required data by 10/2003. Abstract: The Federal Supply Service requires delivery orders under contracts in its stock, special order, and schedules programs be placed via electronic data interchange. Contractor options will be either entering into trading. Partner agreements with FSS use facsimile or the U.S. mail in order to receive delivery order.
