Abstract: EPA believes the recordkeeping requirements found in 40 CFR 279 will mitigate potential hazards to human health and the environment from the mismnagement of used oil while providing for the recycling of used oil. This ICR provides a comprehensive description of the requirements appllicable to used oil handlers at 40 CFR part 279.
