Some recent studies suggest that schools play a dominant role in providing mental health services for children and adolescents. Research indicates that the majority of children with mental health needs do not receive professional services, but that when they do they are likely to receive those services in schools. This survey will query a national probability sample of public schools having grades 1-12 and the school districts in which they located to: identify and describe models/arrangements for deliver of mental health services and document which models/arrangements are most prevalent; identify and describe the numbers and .......
