The purpose of this standard and its
information collection requirements is to provide protection for
employees from adverse health effects associated with occupational
exposure to Coke Oven Emissions. Employers must monitor exposure,
keep employee exposures within the permissible exposure limits and
provide employees with medical examination training.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
