The agency is
instructed to ensure that submission to OMB under the PRA and
submissions to OMB under GPEA are consistent. The agency is
required to provide a more complete explanation in the next
submission of how it will demonstrate compliance with GPEA by
10/1/2003, as it states in its submission to OMB under GPEA, while
it states that no electronic option can be made available in
question 3 of the supporting statement. If no electronic option can
be made the agency must provide a stronger justification and make
the appropriate changes to all future submissions of its GPEA
inventory.
