consistent with clarification in FDA memo of 1-24-03. Since there
have not yet been any uses of this collection, approval is for one
year and previous terms of clearance apply. These include
submission of individual surveys for OMB approval, the restriction
that individual surveys will not serve as broader surveys of
consumer behaviour, knowledge, or attitudes excepts as they pertain
to a particular labeling issue, FDA ensuring adequate public input
on surveys, and an FDA report on the use of this generic clearance
with its next submission.
