This information collection is
required as a result of Section 324 of the Robert T. Stafford
Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act 42. U.S.C. 5165b,
which requires FEMA to establish management cost rates for grantees
and subgrantees that will be used to determine contributions for
management costs. The use of the information will minimize burden
on respondents and enable FEMA to effectively manage the
program.
