Terms of Clearance: HUD should work to ensure that emergency procedures are not necessary in the future. Since the entire collection under 2577-0208 is now cleared only until 12/03, HUD should immediately initiate procedures to obtain OMB approval on the full package before the expiration.

Abstract: HOPE VI information collections are required in connection with the HOPE VI program and its Revitalization and Demolition Notices of Funding Availability (NOFA), its related forms, its quarterly reporting process, and its certification of mixed-finance procurement. This Revision adds a new HOPE VI Neighborhood Networks NOFA and adjusts the use of form HUD-52825-A.
