Substances under Section 122(r) of the Clean Air Act (Proposed
Rule)
In accordance
with 5 CFR 1320, OMB is witholding approval of this information
collection. Prior to publication of the final rule, EPA must
provide OMB a summary of all comments pertaining to the information
collection burden imposed by this rule and any changes made in
response to these comments. OMB is particularly interested in
comments from respondents on the accuracy of EPA's burden estimates
associated with submission of risk management plans.

Under Section 112r of the Clean Air
Act, as amended, sources must register, document risk management
programs, and submit risk management plans to EPA.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR
1320.8(b)(3).
